Peak discharge estimation using Snyder's method

I have to find peak discharge of watershed intersecting a highway. The catchment area,time of concentration,Ct,Cp,L,Lc values are available. Rainfall intensity is from IDF curves from 25,50 & 100 year return periods. Can someone explain how to find the peak discharge of the culvert following the Snyder's formula.
