you can take a core from the concrete casted 3 months ago and take it to the lab..they will test it for you

or you can do the loading test...if the structure is designed to carry any load..put an equivalent load on that structure and check the behavior of it

the core test is easier..keep the loading test as your last option cause if it fails it leads to demolition
