How many bricks in 1m3 brick wall.and how we calculate them.

Hello Vijay,

As per std,brick size is 23cm x 8cm x 8cm and for brick work mootar thickness must be 1cm.

So brick with mortar thickness is 24cm x 9cm x 9cm.

So now we can calculate the no of bricks required for one m3 = (1/(0.24*0.09*0.09)) = Nearly 500 bricks. This is the format to calculate the no of bricks required for 1m3 of brick work. If u have anymore doubts,please mail me to monoiyappanmani@gmail.com
