I have a question regarding the classification of the soil of a borrow pit. A laboratory did a sieve analysis and gave a classification - I want to know if they classified the soil correctly.

Hi, If soil contains only coarse particles, it is Ok! But if the soil contains fine particles, you need to carryout hydrometer test.
