I think first you have to clear two things.

1)Where the axial force is acting on the beam span ?
2)How can we get 300 knm bending moment without knowing wheare the force is acting? clear it. and calculate using..

We have a relation M/I = F/Y= E/R.

I=Moment of inertia about neutral axis = [b*(d^3)]/12
