To Run Primavera P3 on Vista
Right-click on the Setup file for Primavera 3.1. Select the "Properties" option from the right click menu and Click on the "Compatibility" tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode." Select an older version of Windows (such as XP, 2000 or 98) from the drop-down menu and click "OK.
