Primavera p6: i m given activity prefix as

Primavera P6:  i m given activity prefix as "0" activity suffix as "1" and increment is also "1" but activities are not in a series manner even sort command did not help me.after activities arranging to activity id no 09 it will display 10 then it did not taken activity 11 as 11 but it place it after activity id 109 please help me.to arrange it according to activity id ?
